Things I'm Sick of Hearing

#1 I keep hearing this one on TV lately.

"That is wrong on so many levels."

Really? On many levels? Would you care to explain them all to me because I'm pretty sure it's only wrong on a literal level...

#2 This one I read on the Bargain Board.

I literally bled to death [delivering] my DS.

My comment was something to the effect of "Posting from beyond the grave I see." If you didn't LITERALLY die, then you can't use the word LITERALLY. The word you are looking for is FIGURATIVELY.


I'll add more later as they annoy me...
